This is a hand forged 3 bar broken back seax blade.
Constructed from two twisted bars of 5 layer 15N20 steel and EN42J carbon steel and 140 layer random pattern 15N20 steel and EN42J carbon steel at the edge.
Materials: 15n20 steel and EN42J carbon steel in the layers.
The blade is 13 inches long, 8.9 mm at broken back and 6 .8mm at tang.
The blade weighs 422g.
